I have a Speedtouch 585i v6 which has proved faultless up until now.
Both yesterday and topday the conenction dropped on
on the internet and yesterday was unable to get in at all all evening. The 0845 number was permenently engaged.
Today the same happened but eventually got back in.
Anyh ideas what to check as the Plusnet said that there was no faults on thier side!!!
Cheers
Kweack

Hi there,
Sorry to hear of the trouble that you have been having.
It could well be related to some form of interference. does your central heating kick in at 6pm or something along those lines?
You're also well advised to try the following:
- Replace your microfilter
- Ensure that your modem/router is connected to your master telephone socket via a microfilter
- Try using a different modem or router if this is possible
Let us know how you get on.
