Dropouts/lack of internet service

Since moving to Plusnet we've experienced an increased amount of internet dropouts, over and above that which i've experienced with other providers. Within the last week, we've experienced two significant dropouts, the last of which started at around 9pm last night and as of this morning was ongoing. Attempts to message on Facebook have been fruitless so far.

I've tried all suggested remedies (save for attaching another router - why would I have one?).

Can anyone assist?

I've ordered myself a router from Amazon to try later - see if that fixes the matter. It would seem that the Plusnet routers are routinely faulty (fit for purpose?). Hopefully this resolves the issues. If someone at Plusnet pics up this or my Facebook messages in the meantime and are able to check the line etc in then great.
