Drop in through speed

I have been synced now at 7616 for at least 4 months and my through speed on the plusnet site was showing 6500, I've just been on the plusnet site and my through speed has reduced to 6000. Can anyone explain this to me and if any plusnet staff on, can you check it out for me.

Re: Drop in through speed

For your profile to drop to 6000 means that your line sync speed must have dropped to somewhere between 6816 and 7391 sometime recently. Have you been on the BT speedtester to see what your BT IP profile is showing?
