Drop in speed

For no reason I know of, my download speed is topping out at 3Mbps.  I used to get about 15Mbps.
Router stats are as follows:
ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
Connection Speed 17778 kbps 888 kbps
Line Attenuation 29.5 db 12.6 db
Noise Margin 3.3 db 14.2 db
Can anyone see anything amiss in my stats?  I opened a support ticket already, just wanted the forum expert opinion

Your router stats look OK. Is Current line speed in the Member Centre down at 3Mbps (probably because of a recent low sync speed)?

Hi spraxyt, yes my current speed in the Member centre is shown as 3.6Mb
