Hi,
I've been getting just over 3Mbps for a long time now, however a couple of days ago I had to reset my Netgear router (because of your server maintenance) and now my speed has been reduced to just over 2Mbps. The router is always on, so surely it should have gone back to the previous speed by now?
Latest BT Speedtest -
Download speedachieved during the test was - 2188 Kbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 600-7150 Kbps.
Additional Information:
Your DSL Connection Rate :3968 Kbps(DOWN-STREAM), 448 Kbps(UP-STREAM)
IP Profile for your line is - 2500 Kbps

Nope - it takes at least 3 days for the IPprofile to rise so you have a bit to wait yet
For future reference - if you still have a connection to the exchange and it is only the connection to Plusnet which is down you don't need to reset the router just click ion Connection Status at the bottom of the first screen when accessing the router then click on disconnect and then reconnect which sorts the Plusnet connection out without having to resynch with the exchange
