Drop In Profile

Hi,
Since Getting FTTC according to my router I've been connected for 20 days, but i've just noticed that my profile has dropped from 38Mb to 35Mb... Could anybody from Plusnet check to see if any disconnection caused my profile to drop.

Hi there,
There was one disconnection mid-morning on Tuesday (11th) but I didn't think a single disconnection would be enough to reduce the sync rate/profile 😕

Hi,
According to BT Speedtester my line profile is 38Mb, but according to the connection section of your member centre my profile is 35Mb.... Is this normal or can you change your profile to match BT's.... I'm only a 30 second walk from the cabinet so should get full speed.

According to the BT system we use it says the profile is 35Mbps.
