Draytek Vigor 2760 Router not connecting

We have just connected a Draytek 2760n router to the VDSL service.
Although I can see the connection via the dashboard screen. It won't connect! I have checked the username and password and they are correct. Does anyone know of other settings that need setting up?

Have you set the VLAN ID to 101 see here https://community.bt.com/t5/BT-Infinity-Speed-Connection/Replacing-openreach-modem-with-Draytek-2760...
