Hi there,
Recently like many others it seems, we have been noticing massive drops in speed as apposed to what we should be getting. Averagely we should be receive around 7Mbps download and 0.34Mbps upload. This has usually been a constant speed with sometimes dropping to 6 and sometimes going to 8. Over the past two weeks though we have constantly noticed slow speeds in the fact that webpages are taking forever to load. Games consoles are continuously getting disconnected and speed tests have been giving us really strange readings. We've just spoken to the broadband team at Plusnet and told them about our faults. We have just done some speed tests on our line and it's showing that we'll be getting 6Mbps one minute and then 0.3 to 1.5 the next. IT just will not become normal again. Is there any help that we could have to make sure this is sorted for us?
