Down time.

Anybody else had problems yesterday, it looks like my connection was down for about 5 and a half hours. The red light on my router was showing when I got in. I clicked connect and it was ok after that.

does look like an issue at PN rather than with your line, but there was no large outage or service status.

I did get DC more than once in a short amount of time too. slow speeds at times too.

Had a look at your connection and it doesn't show any disconnection for that period of time.

May have been a blip, I wouldn't be to worried at the moment unless it was to happen again.

Thanks for the graph Chris, it looks like I came home and looked at the router just as it had a peer teminate and hadn't been down for a few hours.
Last week I saw someone laying cables along my road outside my house. I asked him if it was fibre and he said yes. You can imagine my mood until he said it was virgin and it was only going to be used for schools and businesses.
