Domain Name Expired (ex-Freenetname customer)

Could one of the Plusnet people look into this for me please:

I've received an email from Nominet to say that my domain name has expired & needs to be renewed - could this be looked into please?

My post from when it last happened two years ago is at https://community.plus.net/t5/Everything-else/Domain-Name-has-expired-ex-Freenetname/m-p/1337620#M15...

Re: Domain Name Expired (ex-Freenetname customer)

Hi there,

Just to make you aware you have the choice to renew this with us or via another host before you move forward with that.

If you'd like to do it through us the best thing to do would be to give us a call on 0800 432 0200.

Re: Domain Name Expired (ex-Freenetname customer)

Looking at the linked post it looks like it should have been auto-renewed by Plusnet?
