Does upload get included in the Bandwidth Allowance calculation?

Title says it all really It's just that I though I had read PN only uses downloaded data in the calculation but I've been 'billed' for a chunk of ftp upload.

We've always counted upload as broadband usage along with download - could you please advise where you saw the above information if possible? We'll need to address it.

When I saw it had been included I had a look around but couldn't see a statement either way, hence the request here. So in light of better evidence please assume I was mis-remembering the fact.

Thanks for the reply Pete. I remember that this used to be stated in the help pages and searched for a link to post above, but we've made a lot of changes and I have to admit I couldn't find it either. I've raised it to our products team and they should get this added.

Cheers for that Jelv, it's nice to know it's up there. I've still asked that it be included on the pages relating to usage on the individual products though.
