Do Plusnet block Filesonic downloads?

I've hit this error a couple of times recently:
You may have reached this page due to a known problem with some UK ISPs. You may contact your ISP for support.
Why is there a problem with *some* UK ISP's and what is the problem?
A quick web search indicates that the problem can be caused by transparent filtering by the ISP...  ... do PN use a transparent proxy?

filesonic may well be getting flagged on the IWF list. I would suggest raising a ticket with the full error massage and the url you are trying to reach.

Googling IWF filesonic shows a number of ISPs are affected by this.
