For the past week ish, I've been getting disconnections sometimes which happen every 10 minutes or so. As of writing this, my Internet has went down at 13:12, 13:22, 13:32, 13:42 13:44. Any ideas?

Something is certainly amiss.
I suggest reporting a dropping connection fault at http://faults.plus.net which will guide you through some checks then submit a fault report to Plusnet. This will provide initial data to support faults team testing.
