Disconnections Low SNR at Evening

It's now Friday 17:42 still no Phonecall, Answer machine message, mobile call or email to say if or when it's been booked ?
Have PN support forgotten about it or are they having problems trying to book one for me ?

It is now monday morning and still no email or phone call and all this nearly a week later after asking me when I was available, can some one tell me whats going on, or do I have to ring up and complain ?

The line is going through testing with our suppliers at the moment. I'll keep an eye on it and get something sorted for you.

I did have a resync at about 11:15 am kicking me back upto 4736 with SNR of 6.0, just waiting for the interference to kick back in again forcing me back down.
Update
Just had another 2 resyncs from the above to 4731 then to 4679 with SNR at 6.3 then 6.1.
Just waiting to be told that there is nothing wrong with my line

We can see there is interference. We just need to Faults Team to carry out their relevant testing.

Ok, so when is an REIN engineer going to be book then, had the email last week ?

As mentioned previously, I'm still working with our suppliers to get this through their testing so I can book an appointment for you.

Just had an email for a appointment on 26.02.2014, can you check and make sure please that it is a REIN engineer that was promissed last week ?
Had one promissed last time but was a normal engineer.

I booked the appointment and requested a REIN Engineer.
I can't guarantee a REIN trained engineer, but one has been requested. REIN Engineers are very few and far between but I've done my best to ensure that a trained REIN Engineer attends.

Ok, just have to wait and see, I just wish BT would sort them selfs out and get more REIN engineers, as it's got to be more of a common problem nowadays.

We do get a lot of REIN cases through, however, BT Openreach investigate REIN issues as a gesture of goodwill, purely because generally most issues are Third Party and outside of their control.

Just had BT out and guess what I was lucky to get e REIN engineer as he is the only 1 for east midlands 
Because of what type of noise it is and the fact it's turned down at the minute there was not alot he could do but he did plug his machine in to check and did see spikes and errors on it and he did come checking with his radio but could not pin point it, so he's going to get the case rasie and have the line monitored for a few days and come back then, he needs to see the graphs of the line to see the problem and try and compare it to other peoples line to find the fault.
