Rebooted router after 20 mins off - still same.
Put Google's Public DNS settings in my router and rebooted again and everything now working
Were there/ are there any PN DNS issues this morning?

That looks like 3 of the PCL gateways which suggests that some of the work last night has had a graphing impact rather than dropped the users. We're taking a look now.

This piece of work may have caused some DNS issues, anyone still seeing them?

Not now I've changed gateways, but very bad before that.
Edit: Actually I'm using OpenDNS but browsing was extremely patchy before a gateway change, so probably not DNS related.

"These graphs are updated automatically every 30 minutes"
Would explain the sudden drop & rise.
Which may have occurred more slowly over 30 minutes ?

Also Faraday feeds in to more than just those gateways.

When's this work happening?
Early tomorrow morning, 4th April.
What does it affect?
Broadband connectivity.
How long will it take?
About 4 hours.
What does the work involve?
We've received notification from our suppliers about emergency maintenance at London Faraday to address a potential service impacting issue. We have also received notification of planned maintenance taking place at Manchester Dial House and Preston.
Am I likely to notice the work?
Yes, the work at Faraday is likely to disconnect a significant number of our broadband customers for up to ten minutes between 2.00am and 6.00am. We do not expect any significant impact from the work at Manchester Dial House or Preston. Please note that the work at Faraday is likely to affect customers nationwide.
Is there anything else I need to know?
Any customers having problems connecting once the maintenance is complete are advised to log into their router interface and click connect.
Kind Regards
Bob Pullen

Mine went down a little after 12 and not back up yet. Really annoyed as I had just hit submit on a job I'm doing as working from home. Had the same problem Friday and actually missed my deadline resulting in me not getting paid! I've lost my work from tonight now too. Is there anyway of being notified about the disconnections so I can avoid losing work? Thanks
