Syncing at 19034 now, much better than previously. That should give a profile of 16700, so I've just matched that on our side. Can you try a single disconnect/reconnect now.

I will get on to that when I finish work.  It appears I had a couple of ppp lcp disconnects over the weekend and SNR had reset to 6 when I looked last night
