Download speed achieved during the test was - 20.6 Mbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 16 Mbps-21.15 Mbps .
Additional Information:
IP Profile for your line is - 21.15 Mbps

Have you tried a <a href="http://community.plus.net/library/broadband/fibre-help-how-to-set-up-a-pppoe-dialler-in-vistawindows-7/">PPPoE connection</a>?
