Desktop always loses connection to wifi. saying no ip address, really annoying!!!!!

It has been quite a while since I switched to plusnet in March 2020,  my desktop always loses connection to wifi. It is really annoying, sometimes, it automatically connects, sometimes it takes ages to connect. Each time i am trying to use my desktop, it is like gambling, I have to be really lucky to turn on the computer and with wifi connection there, really affects my work, feeling super annoyed and extremely disappointed with plusnet, as this had never happened when I was with other wifi providers.
