..... hi adam received the email yesterday morning to say i am activated. but its not working ..... all lights on and solid left a while .nothing .. click internet ...log in screen ..log in .. another log in screen . . do that .. says autification failure red internet light goes of wont come back on ... .. im stuck

Does it say whether the auto setup it enabled or disabled? - If it says disabled, change it to enabled.

luverly jubberly ....nipped out came back ..lights upto something on router .. logged in an now up and running seems like little time and patience is all that was needed ..did a speedtest straight away between 4-5mb faster then my sky ever was....thanks guys
