Dead phone line for two days, now back much lower profile!

Our local cabinet has been upgraded (or replaced) in last day or two and all the lines locally were disconnected. My line is now working again but my BT IP profile has dropped
from a stable 59.84 - 44.18 Mbps. Can someone from Plusnet help with this? I have added it onto my dead line question, but thought I'd ask here as well.

It should perk up to be honest, as long as the interference is gone from the line (which it should be now the work is done). Unfortunately though we can't adjust profiles and SNR on fibre like we can on ADSL/ADSL2+ lines so aside from raising a fault there's not actually anything we can do manually.

Okay Matt I'll leave things as they are until Monday, then if the speed is the same (after one modem router/reboot) I'll go through the faults process.
