For five days I have been getting a max of 0.39Mbps Down and 0.24 up i am on the twigworth exchange and gateway ptn-ag01(tele house north).
I have raised a fault. It it seems nothing is fixed yet, I understand it takes time but it's been over the weekend, I left it as I saw a service outage, but when it was still the same on Monday evening I raised a fault, can someone at PN please let me now what is going on with this.
