I've escalated your Ticket directly our Faults Team for further investigation. (Ticket: 82863911).
Doing an SNR Reset won't fix anything, it could cause the connection to drop more frequently so it'd be much better if we can identify the root cause which our Faults Team will do for you.

I also had to use my BT Hub 4 to get back on after the last drop. Not sure if the PP hub is faulty or not. I will try it again if things stabilise on the Hub 4
.
Could not get connected last night and lost dial tone when router was connected. Managed eventually to get on line ine the morning after doing a factory reset on the PP router. Still noise on line even with router unplugged and connected to test socket.

When would you be available for a further engineer to visit? We need to get this noise on the phone line issue sorted out for you.
