DSL dead

Hi,
For 2 days my DSL line has been completely dead now, this blocks my phone while the router tries to connect and fails. Not a microfilter issue, router still can't connect when phone is removed, and I'd tried a new one as well. An ingoing call helped connect for ~2min.
The problem appeared suddenly on Tue evening. All devices have been working fine for a week (which is when I was connected after a move).
Any ideas, anyone?

Hi Tigana,
Best thing to do at this point would be to call support on 0845 140 0200 who can check any diagnostics and get a fault raised for you.

Thank you. I did do that when the problem first occurred and I have been updating my fault online.
I was wondering whether there was anything else I could do or test in the meantime. The support team has not yet come back to me at all.
