DLM reset request

Hello

 

I was having adsl modem problems 3-4 weeks ago which resulted in a lot of reconnections which I have since fixed, It seems DLM has firmly fixed itself at a low connection speed now and will not budge.

 

Could I request a DLM reset please.

 

current stats are below

 

Current Rate(kbps) 1083 568 Max Rate(kbps) 1088 4328 SNR Margin(dB) 6.9 31.6 Line Attenuation(dB) 27.9 44 Errors(pkts) 465 3702

Hi  Anne, I have placed the reset request for you and this should have an effect in the next couple of hours. Please restart your router after 2pm to pull through a new connection with the updated profile.
