Customer service

Probably the worst customer service since talking to India via BT.I have just spent another 45 minutes on the phone , to get the repeated response (it’s nothing to do with me ,it is impossible to speak to a manager , I can put you in a queue) There is not one person at Plusnet who has the bottle to call me.. I have just been informed the request for my broadband has gone in today , this is 8 days since I reported the problem EIGHT DAYS . I have tried every method of communication (forums ,chat,calling) I have probably spent 3 hours trying to communicate with someone sensible on the phone , only to be told every time, it’s not our department. I would not recommend Plusnet customer service to anyone.. it would be really polite if someone just called me.

A very frustrated 70 year old.
