Errors:
Errors at 17:48 0 / 13.180.391
Errors at 23:20 0 / 13.180.535
I think we can say that the errors have stopped. I'm happy for a line reset whenever you fine bods at PN think it's a good plan to do so.

Hi,
You had a disconnection just before one this morning, was this caused by you?
<img src="http://ccgi.psmith12.plus.com/visradius/generated/image13541859335813.png"/><div style="clear:both;"></div>
Still seeing a few errors on your line at the moment so I'd suggest monitoring this over another day.

Nope. Nothing my end. Didn't check the errors this morning. I'll do it again this evening when I get back.

SNR seems quite stable (and strangely doesn't seem like it disconnected) - I'll take a look at the router stats this evening to see what that says for the amount of time the conneciton's been up.

I assume you mean the Plusnet profile as the IP profile should have increased immediately - you can check that with the BT speed test

Yes, the one that Plusnet has control over. I'm syncing at ~5Mb but max download speed from BT speedtester is only 1.3

I've changed your speed profile to match your sync speed, so you'll see an increase in speeds.

The errors have reduced on your line too, it certainly looks like an improvement.
Did you do any of the disconnections that are in the graph? One of them is a speed profile change from yesterday.

No, I haven't done anything at my end. Not sure what the disconnections are, but the sync speed has been stable since so I guess that I'll just live with the disconnections (I haven't noticed any problems with it though). Thanks for changing the speed profile.
