The line wasn't mixed up, I was working with Chris whilst he tested the line. The line was reporting a suspiciously increased Line Attenuation. It looks as though an SNR Reset has cured this problem in this instance. Personally, I'll be keeping an eye on this line in case the attenuation increases again.
