Crazy Survey can any one explain

This morning in my small rural village i asked 6 shops in the high street,50yards from the exchsange , to run 2 broadband speed tests.Firstly the  my broadbandspeed and secondly broadbandspeedchecker.
All tests were carried out at 11.30am
I then asked 5people in my road which is 1.5miles from exchange.  Same 2 tests as above run at 11am.
Here are the results. If anyone here can explain this nonsense id be delighted to hear from you.
For confidential reasons the names of all the isps involved have been withheld.

Did you ask what package they are on with their ISP? A lot of factors need to be taken into account too, you are also missing 2 shops and 2 neighbours results.
