Could you increase my SN Margin please ?

Hi Mods
As the title states, could you please increase the download margin to about 6.0 ? - The reason being is that I keep getting disconnected every couple of hours or so. At the moment, it's :
SN Margin (Up/Down) [dB]: 6,2 / 3,0

Unfortunately it's still at 3.0

We put through the reset so I'm not sure why it's still at 3db.
I've contacted a team within our suppliers who should be able to change this manually.
Check it later on and hopefully it's increased.

It's increased to about 6.1 which hopefully should stop the connection dropping.  And btw, should the router have restarted itself after that change ?

Good to see it's increased.
The router will have lost sync but shouldn't have restarted.
By restart I'm guessing you meant that it lost connection?
