Could Plusnet staff increase my IP profile please

Hi,
Here is the data from my BT speedtest:
Download speed: 1843 kbps
DSL Connection Rate: 8128kbps / 448kbps
IP Profile: 2000kbps
Would it be possible to increase my IP profile please?

BT still have not updated my IP Profile.
I have been connected since Wednesday evening & have not disconnected the router since.
Can Plusnet contact BT in order to get my IP Profile updated?

Hi sammieblue,
As this is a new connection the profile will set itself during the first 10 days. See here for more information about the training period.
