I understand a visit has been requested, however, as stated above my Fibre connection is now working again - although the speed is low. I'm sure after a few days it will return to normal. If it does not, I will update this ticket requesting an appointment. Is that acceptable?? (IP Profile for your line is - 44.28 Mbps - should be 60 Mbps)

Hi Steven,
I'm to understand an engineer has been out to visit your unannounced today.
I'll leave it to our faults team to interpret the notes and decide where it's appropriate to take things next.
All the best,
Adam

Re: Could I please have an update on Question #70221075?

Hi Adam
Sorry I did not PM you, but you were offline. The OR guy said there's a fault on the line and as work is still being done on the cabinet (transferring lines from one cab to another), until this is complete my line fault has to go on hold. He said he it could be
several weeks. My downstream is about 4 Mbps down, but my Upload is 10 Mbps down! (Also ping on the Wholesale Speedtester is around 40, but having said that bbc.co.uk is 9ms!)
Thanks for your assistance.
