Yesterday afternoon I noticed my connection kept dropping pretty much continuously.
The internet and wifi green lights on my router keep flashing, even after I've plugged the microfilter directly into the master socket, (which is where it is always plugged) as per the online help video. I do not have a phone plugged into the phone line.
It's now effectively impossible for me to work from home.
When I rang customer services a short while ago I was told my call could not be taken and was directed here. This is my first post. I'd welcome some help, please.
I just ran an Ookla speed test. The first one didn't work at all. The second one said my download speed is 7.62 Mbps. Upload is 0.51 Mbps.
