If the problem is in the Eside though, fibre will fix it, and theres a good chance it will be sorted if the problem is in the customer property. The only problem would be the d-side which I hope an engineer would discover on the install of the fibre.

One would hope he would discover it if it was 'D' side Tony, but there would still be the "pain" of the fix Shocked

Fibre was installed today and the engineer reported all working as normal - so any issues seemed to be cleared up by the new install Smiley
Many thanks for all your help - now just need some ideas on how to to use utilise the extra speed! Grin
