Connection issues in Otterbourne
Our broadband has completely dropped off. Randomly and suddenly no connection nothing.
We tried making sure everything was plugged in properly and it is and none of lights appear in distress (I don’t know what a malfunctioning router looks like) but it all appears normal. Except no internet.
And the service status says no issues so were at a loss.

It randomly fixed itself after like 40 minutes so im guessing it was just maintenance, it'd be nice to know that from the service status website though next time, Thanks
