My laptop connects via Ethernet now telling me I have no internet on Ethernet although wifi working light on box for Ethernet was out or flashing yesterday when it happened but now back on any ideas as I'm not tech savvy
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Are you still having problems connecting? You are showing as active in our connection logs after a brief disconnection yesterday.
