Connection dropping issues

My connection is dropping out many times a day for about 30secs to 1 minute each time. I have been using an ethernet cable and wireless too. Any chance someone could look at my line and find a solution since live chat isnt working?

We're seeing some disconnections but only up to 3 a day (which is higher than I'd like to see really).

Testing your line isn't showing any major problems either, the Mean Time Between Errors are both slightly below where I'd like to see them.

We can try increasing the SNR to 9db, which would result in a slightly drop in the download speeds but would help combat the errors on your line.

Yes a slight reduction in speed would be fine to increase stability but i just recently dropped about 2 times in 5mins

It seems the change has increased my latency making games unplayable when i usually have very few issues with latency. Will this vary of the next few hours?

Could interleaving be turned off as i feel like my ping been worsened after your changes

Interleaving shouldn't have come on, it wasn't changed in the request I put through. I've sent a request to turn this off fully but it's likely to get rejected until tomorrow I'm afraid.

Any other things u could change on the line to reduce latency?

Im getting high latency while playing online games. I usually have low pings but after i had an issue with stability for the first time today my line has been altered therfore increasing my ping times

I've put a request through to remove interleaving and that's been accepted this morning. This should happen over the next few hours.
