Connection drop once again

As the title states, my connection is only being graded as a B, not really sharp enough for the new call of duty.
Can someone look into this as my connection has dropped for sure

Who or what is doing the grading and is it reliable?

Do you mean the connection between the router and the exchange is being dropped?

Hi Terry,
If you suspect there's a fault on your line causing it to drop, the best thing to do is to run through the troubleshooter at http://faults.plus.net - that'll take you through all the checks needed and will raise it through to our faults team who'll get it investigated and sorted for you.

Sorry what I mean is during the game it keeps moving from 3 to 4 bars and vice versa.
I ran the usual tests and my line was only graded B which is not good enough for a game like call of duty.
I used to get an A rating and didn't have any trouble but since then it always yo yo's

And I used ping test net which you may say is not the most accurate but it always backs up how I find the online gaming.
Ok Matt I will go though this process once again it just becomes a bit draining to always have to do this before it works ok again

I guess the router is already plugged into the master phone socket and everything plugged into the line is going through a microfilter? If not that will help as it'll remove most interference from any devices on the line.

Yes it is mate, no micro filters as I don't have anything running off the router.
My connection keeps falling so Ive struggled to be able to reply sooner, I will raise a ticket asap

I cant get to the end of the fault process as I keep losing my internet connection

I can see the fault's been raised. What do you mean when you say that you don't use a microfilter?

Sorry I mean I've nothing else running off it, I do have a microfilter plugged in to connect the router.

Im playing just now and it's moving from 2-4 bars on the game not stable at all.
It reminds me of the time i was told interleaving was off when in fact it wasn't and I had a poor connection.
I sent you two messages Joanne but no reply so can you confirm nothing has changed on my account since the change to the package as you suggested.
