My connection always used to work at 6dB. Now, everynight I get disconnections at 6dB. My setup hasn't changed at all. I have tried different routers and they all disconnect. I have a filtered faceplate on my master socket and I am connected directly to it. Is there anything Plusnet can do?
I am not at home at the moment so I can't give you any stats.

Hi there,
We'd need to ask that you raise a fault regarding any issues such as this, thanks.

Hi there,
If the line is dropping connection then that definitely needs raising as a fault - if you run through the questions on the troubleshooter (the link Adam posted above) our faults team will pick this up and get it sorted for you.

Thanks Matt. I was just posting here so I can keep a log of what is going on.
I'll let you know if I have any problems.

I was wondering if one of the Digital Care Team could increase the profile at PlusNet's end? The profile is showing at 5500kbps on the BT speed tester.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Hi there,
I loaded your account to update things for you, but it had already been picked up automatically - both profiles now matching at 5500
