Hi,
I have had terrible problems over the past few weeks with my connection, it remains stable some days and others it keeps dropping.
I have done the following so far.
I have connected to the master socket and the same happens.
I have changed the filter 3 times to out rule any faults there.
I don't have alot of internal wiring, I have my main phone socket with 1 filter plugged in and a lead (without any extensions) to my router (thomson 585 v7), my phone is also plugged in to the filter.
I did check if there is any noise on the line and it is quiet!
I'm hoping that someone from plusnet will be able to help on here, didn't seem to have much luck yesterday over the phone, but I left it as I knew plusnet had problems.
My plusnet name is the same as my forum name grazy1979
I don't have any problems with speed.
Thanks
Graham

Hi grazy1979,
I'm surprised you've not lost any speed with connection logs like this:
The best way to troubleshoot this would be to visit here. And if that doesn't help then further down the page you will be able to raise a fault.

Yep Joanne, don't seem to have lost any speed at all.
I have followed the advice on the page you provided still with no luck.
