Connection/Gateway dropped?

Just checked my BQM -:

Seems i dropped just before 12pm today was on gateway - PTN-AG04 any reason why i dropped or just a random disconnection? (Have not got a fixed I.P so didn't reconnect)
Did anyone else drop on this gateway?
Had to jump gateways a few times to find a better pinged one (Seem to get higher ping on certain ones was on PCL-AG05 after the drop) now on PCL-AG04 which seems great.

Hi there,
I doubt that's gateway related as I can see a number of drops around that time:

It's been  up since then so it looks fine now but let us know if you spot any further issues.

Yeah the number of drops was probably me trying to get a gateway with a good ping after the initial drop  it may have been at least 10 hops (maybes more) before i found the desired gateway... It had been solid for days, was just curious if it was my connection that dropped or a gateway problem really.
But I'll keep an eye on it and it has been solid since, it may have just been a random re-sync or something  ???.

My PPP session dropped from the same gateway, ptn-ag04, a few seconds after midnight last night/this morning, reconnected on ptn-ag03 which had undergone maintenance yesterday morning. I wondered if this was network balancing related though Plusnet normally post an announcement if that is taking place.
Otherwise perhaps BT work in the exchange which is progressively being commissioned for fibre at the moment.

My turn to get kicked off ptn-ag04 in the early hours of this morning. Unfortunately working away from home so no idea what gateway I'm now on 

A shame really because ptn-ag04 gave me reliable performance.
mmm I wonder what my husband was up to 8:30-11pm

I was also kicked off ptn-ag04 during the early hours. I'm now on ptn-ag01.

We've since become aware of a BT issue that meant some may have noticed a drop in the early hours of yesterday morning.
