When your profile lifts BT send us a delta report which then lifts the PN profile, when the PN profile lifts it triggers something called an administrative reset which basically reboots your connection.

in the past ive had my router on for more than 72 hours for this BT profile thing to go up
I will bet anyone that not one thing will change in two days time when the 72 hours are up.
Im sure i actually pay for this and i get F all back.
EDIT: Not your fault (PN)i forgot to put in why BT do this in the first place its a joke.

Your upload speed is capped at 448k. I will uncap this for you.

After more investigation it turns out that banding was applied which restricted the upload to 448k. I have lifted the banding and had the upload uncapped. This will take effect in the next few hours and you should also see a slight increase in speed. If the line is banded again we will have to try looking at why that's happening before it can be lifted again.

It seems there is an inconsistency in what our systems say your upload is and what your getting from the BT systems. It's not a quick solution and if I have some time today I will take a look at it. Just bear with me and I;ll try to get it sorted for you.

OK, I think I've sorted it. The uncapped upstream should take effect within the nest 24 hours.
