Connection Dropping Out / Orange Light Flashes / Possible HP Printer Issue
First time poster into these forums so firstly its a big hello
Currently having 2 issues which both run alongside each other, the first is the router will drop the connection completely and start flashing ORANGE this lasts around 1 minute before the solid BLUE light returns. This happens most evenings and sometimes during the day.
The second issue is connection to devices. Myself and my partner both have smartphones which connect to the router. However the connection keeps dropping out and switches to mobile data but the router light remains solid BLUE during these. We didn't realise this until my partner ran out of data on her contract (she has 5GB per month).
Here are a list of devices currently connected-
LG TV - LAN
Huawei P20 Pro - WLAN
Samsung S10e - WLAN
Nintendo Switch - WLAN
HP Chromebook - WLAN
HP Printer - Wireless Direct ?
The reason ive put the question marks after the printer is because i believe this to be a possible cause to our phones not connecting correctly. This was setup a few weeks ago and since then it appears to have its own wireless connection point now i don't know if this would interfere as the phones try and jump between the connections.
Also ive had to delete the Plusnet connection from my phone (Huawei P20) and reenter the password as it comes up with a message saying 'Connected - but no internet available'.
Hope this all makes sense.
Really hope someone is able to help, i havent spoken to Plusnet call center yet as although i work in a Contact Center myself im not a big fan of calling them.

Hi @Tom85 welcome to the Forums We can see the drops too, so clearly something is going on! You'll see below the drops on the graph too.
If you haven't already done so, I would first advise having a run through our troubleshooting steps here: https://www.plus.net/help/broadband/connection-troubleshooting/ and getting your router connected into the test socket for the time being as shown here: https://community.plus.net/t5/Library/Testing-From-The-Master-Socket/ba-p/1322242
If the issues then persist, please log a fault here with us: https://faults.plus.net and if you let us know once done, we can investigate further.
