I am trying to update my very old Kindle, this requires me to connect to wifi. Plusnet doesn't come up automatically as available network, but will when I type it in. I have the password from the router (I have tried both the password and sin & router password number) Tells me unable to connect. Gives me the option of manually putting in information, ie IP address etc. but more complicated than I can deal with. Have not got the right cable to download from Amazon website. Thanks
Further to this have contacted online chat, it would appear problem with Kindle
