Connect Technicolor router after factory reset.

My daughter moved house recently and now her connection keeps dropping constantly. I decided to connect the Plusnet supplied Technicolor router rather than the old Belkin one she's been using.
Passwords must have been changed at some time as it would not connect to Plusnet and I did a factory reset.
Everything fired up OK after about 10 minutes and I got as far as the router log on screen after connecting to 192.168.1.254 but nothing I tried would work.
I've reconnected the Belkin and left it working for now although she says that each time I go it drops out almost straightaway.
I'm going back after I've had a bite to eat so - should I be putting the Plusnet account username and password in to the router logon screen?

Re: Connect Technicolor router after factory reset.

Technicolour routers have admin as the username and the password is the serial number starting CP, (case sensitive so pop your caps lock on)
