Communication

Had broadband removed from my line a week ago last Friday , raised official complaint, informed I would receive a text once it had been restored, this was a week ago (last Tuesday) still waiting for the text ! Heared nothing at all from Plusnet re my OFFICIAL COMPLAINT , so much for their award winning customer service. Would someone like to call me?

The order to reconnect your service went through today.

Adam , you must be joking, I reported this 10 I repeat TEN days ago. If you are seriously telling me the order has only just been requested, what for god sake are Plusnet doing ?

Please tell me when and what time my broadband was disconnected, and when and what time I was reconnected.
