Hi PlusNet Team
I'm just curious as to why no one replied to an earlier post of mine with regards to my broadband speed.  I posted at 15.36, had many views, but no reply from the techies.  There are many posts after me that have received replies.  Also, other posts are flagged up as new but my is not.
Am I doing something wrong?  If so, please would you correct me?
I have now raised a 'question' on the help page.

The reason you didn't receive a response is that the staff normally only frequent the forums Monday to Friday during working hours and it is likely that the more technically knowledgeable posters didn't contribute because they can't really help
You previous post showed an absolutely appalling sync speed of 288kbps which indicates a major fault.
If you haven't already you need to run the faults wizard http://faults.plus.net
