Come back from holiday, speed's dropped by 6000!

Hi,
I've come back from holiday to find my IP speed, which has been 6500 for over two years is now 500.
Obviously I've no idea what might have been happening while I was away. The connection seems as normal: 7616 down, 448 up.
Could someone reset it please?

Possibly a thunderstorm caused a series of rapid disconnections?  It is probably better to switch off your router whilst away on holiday.

Can't switch it off as Media Center needs its EPG updates.

You'll probably have to wait for about 20 weeks until ADSL sorts itself out. It's a great system.
