Comcast blocking Plusnet Again

Looks like Comcast is blocking Plusnet again.  Here's a header from a recent bounced email.

I'm still getting bounced email from Comcast.  Is anything being done?

This seems to happen regularly - I email neice in USA and they bounce back!  so I send again and they get through.................... she enquired at that end for me and was told Plusnet is one of several ISPs that they block due to spam!

Thanks Kelly. As jmdlp says Plusnet are constantly being bounced by Comcast.
