Could be worth switching the protocol from TCP to UDP in your VPN client.

Sorry to bother you, same problem with Plusnet/Citrix. Work IT people suggest leaving Plusnet, which would cost me as I'm under contract. Is this what worked for you: "Could be worth switching the protocol from TCP to UDP in your VPN client"? If so, I can ask a techie person to try it for me. Most grateful if you could let me know if it worked, and also if it continues to work.
