Re: Check out my stats, err, baby!

Hi Guys,
No idea where the report of G922.5 is coming from, but definitely was ADSL1. I've placed the order now to put it on ADSL2+ and uncapped the upstream. This should complete tomorrow.

Re: Check out my stats, err, baby!

Hi Robskiwarrior,
Just ran some diagnostics on your line and it is failing due to dropping connection. This may still be a remnant of before the upgrade, but I'd say to open a fault now and if it doesn't settle down at least we have the ball rolling.

Re: Check out my stats, err, baby!

Yea I was gonna leave it to settle for a day because I know it can be a little wobbly after a change - but I will do as you say! Cheesy

EDIT: Hahaha the fault checker has a fault Smiley  Will carry on later...

Re: Check out my stats, err, baby!

Hi Robskiwarrior,
I'm hoping you're still plugged into the test socket. Could you try another filter, possibly another router. Not sure why your sync is still so low.

Re: Check out my stats, err, baby!

Ok so magic happened over night and my IP Profile was changed - I now get 8mbs or there abouts Smiley  MUCH better.

I do have an alarming amount of errors from my POV...

It seems like my connection went down a few hours ago as well - but after 3 hours that's how many errors I got 😮
I saw something about uploading sometimes being capped and people having to request them to be uncapped?  Is that something that has to be paid for?

Thanks Jojo for all your work on this - it is MUCH appreciated Smiley

Yours is already uncapped - I have no idea where the silly maximum upstream bandwidth come from

I have no idea Jim - but I really know nothing about ADSL and I thought I might as well ask Smiley

Re: Check out my stats, err, baby!

I am not surprised given the low noise margin and then number of errors
